Requirements
A FenixTrace Account
A company account (created during onboarding) or a governance role assigned by the Super Admin. Login is tied to the account email.
Active Email Address
The email linked to the account, where you receive the one-time OTP code at each login. Make sure you can access the inbox.
Any Browser
Login works from any modern browser, on desktop or smartphone. No extension, no app to install.
Internet Connection
A stable internet connection to access the FenixTrace platform. The blockchain is handled by the server, not by your device.
How to Sign In
Email + OTP Login
Enter your email, receive a one-time OTP code in your inbox and confirm it: your session is created in seconds. This applies to companies and to governance roles (Super Admin, Red Flagger). No wallet, no seed phrase, no manual signing.

The OTP code is personal and single-use: never share it with anyone, not even the FenixTrace team. No member of our team will ever ask for your OTP code. Only sign in from the official FenixTrace site and beware of emails or pages that mimic the login and ask you to enter the code elsewhere.
Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these 5 steps to sign in to FenixTrace with email and an OTP code. The entire process takes less than a minute.
Go to the login page
Open FenixTrace in your browser and click "Sign in" in the top-right navigation bar (or go directly to the login page). Nothing to install — no extensions, no apps: login happens entirely from the browser.
Enter your email
Type the email address linked to your account. It is the same address used when your company was onboarded or assigned by the Super Admin. This applies to both companies and governance roles (Super Admin, Red Flagger).
Receive the OTP code
FenixTrace sends a one-time OTP code to your inbox. Open the email and copy the code (usually 6 digits). The code is valid for a limited time for security: if it expires, you can request a new one from the same page.
Confirm the code and sign in
Paste the OTP code into the field and confirm. FenixTrace verifies the code and creates your session: your role (Company, Super Admin or Red Flagger) is recognized automatically from the account, with no manual signing or network selection.
Start operating
After login you are taken to the dashboard for your role. Companies manage products and traceability; the Super Admin manages companies, governance and API keys; Red Flaggers submit their reports. All blockchain operations (DID, product registration, notarization, red flags) are signed and anchored on-chain automatically by the server: you never see or sign any transaction.

Companies and admins sign in with their email and a one-time OTP code received by mail. No permanent password to remember, no wallet, no seed phrase: login is simple and secure.
Automatic Roles
The role is tied to your account: once you sign in, FenixTrace takes you to the right dashboard (Company, Super Admin or Red Flagger). You don't need to select anything, nor manage addresses or multiple accounts.
Blockchain in the Background
All on-chain operations (DID, product registration, notarization, red flags) are signed and anchored automatically by the server. You never see addresses, contracts or gas fees: traceability is guaranteed with no technical effort.
Security
The cryptographic keys are securely held server-side: the system uses a system wallet for governance operations and each company's dedicated key for its own operations. You never handle private keys.

Troubleshooting
I don't receive the OTP email
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. Wait a moment: delivery can take up to a minute. If it still doesn't arrive, request a new code from the login page.
The OTP code is rejected
Make sure you copy the most recent code: each new request invalidates previous codes. Check there are no extra spaces and that the code hasn't expired. If it has expired, request a new one and enter it right away.
I can't see my dashboard after signing in
If you don't see the expected dashboard after signing in, the account may not yet have a role or an active subscription. Make sure you are using the correct email linked to your company. If the problem persists, contact the Super Admin or FenixTrace support to check your account setup.
I changed my email address
Login is tied to the account email. If you need to change it, contact the Super Admin (or FenixTrace support) who will update the email linked to the account: from then on you will receive OTP codes at the new address.
An integration cannot submit products
Integrations (AgerLink, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, CRM/ERP) use an API key generated from the dashboard under "API Keys". Make sure the key is active and sent in the Authorization header as "Bearer ftrace_...". If needed, regenerate the key from the panel and update it in the integration.

Click on your account in the top-right navigation bar and select "Sign out": the session is closed immediately. To get back in, simply repeat the login with your email and a new OTP code.
